Altamont Veterans Housing Rental Assistance Program
BEST BET RENT TO A VET!
Our housing program prepares our Veterans for life outside of Our facility. Most of our veterans are enrolled in special programs that will pay for the security deposit, first month rent, moving cost etc . Our Veterans will meet or exceed the requirements needed to find affordable housing.
The process is simple as 1,2,3.
STEP 1: The Veteran will request an appointment to see the rental Property. If the Veteran is interested in the property the Veteran will then submit a rental application for Your Management team to verify his credentials. If approved e- mail the housing coordinator at the e- mail address listed below or call at (716) 892- 0132 or (716) 715- 9163 to notify us of the approval.
STEP 2: If approved The Veteran will then notify coordinator who will then execute the process for the inspection and in most cases arrange for the security deposit and first month rent to be paid in advance.
STEP 3: Once both parties are satisfied the Housing coordinator and rental property management team will set a date for the Veteran to move in. Simple as 1,2,3. So let's get it started contact us now !!
